Refund policy

Although there is no legal obligation in Switzerland to exchange or return items if you don't like them, it is important to me that you are 100% satisfied with the goods you ordered.

That's why you can return your order within 14 days without giving any reasons.

There are some rules for this:

• Return clean, with all labels and labels, in the original packaging

We also offer an exchange for another item with the same price. Please mention this in your email including your desired exchange item.
